Whether you are facing personal challenges or relationship conflict, therapy can offer space to explore these matters, build on strengths, and approach vulnerable moments with clarity and confidence. We work collaboratively, grounded in curiosity, reflection, and present-centered awareness, toward a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and aligned with what matters most to you.
For more than twenty years, I have worked in schools and behavioral health settings throughout the Philadelphia region. This includes clinical work with individuals and families, along with consultation to schools, community agencies, and trauma-informed treatment programs. These experiences have shaped an approach that is responsive to diverse needs while remaining practically grounded and clinically appropriate.
I have formal training and supervision in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and have substantial experience facilitating DBT skills groups in clinical settings. I also draw from person-centered, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches, attending to the mind/body connection as relevant to the work. Throughout the process, I focus on attunement in the therapeutic relationship, building safety and stability that clients can use to support emotional regulation and move toward values-based action. I stay active in ongoing professional development and peer consultation.
I work with adults, couples, and families, in person in Newtown Square and by telehealth throughout Pennsylvania.
